The PTSA has many student programs that run throughout the school year. Below are a few of these programs.
Reflections Program
Congratulations to the 2011-2012 winners of the PTSA Reflections Program. The winners are: Literature - Trisha Sinha, Photography - Talon Jenks, Visual Arts - Jeremiah Ok.
The PTA Reflections Program is designed to enhance a quality arts education by providing an opportunity for students to explore their artistic talents and receive positive recognition for their efforts. The program offers six areas for participation: dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography, and visual arts. This year's PTA Reflections Program Theme is “Diversity Means…” Students participated in the CVHS PTSA Reflections Program by submitting entries prior to the submission deadline date of Friday, October 21st. VA PTA Student Citizenship Essay
Virginia PTA is proud to sponsor a Citizenship Essay Project. The 2011 theme is "Entitlement vs. Responsibility". This Essay Project allows students to express their views and opinions on "Character or Citizenship".
